포항역에서 출발하여 천년 고찰 오어사와 고즈넉한 오어지둘레길에서 자연 속 힐링을 만끽할 수 있다. 이어서 신화 속 연오랑세오녀 이야기를 테마로 한 연오랑세오녀테마공원에서 아름다운 동해 바다를 배경으로 여유로운 시간을 보내는 5시간 코스이다.
